The Universe is pure vibration, and rarely do you find a human being who can manifest it though them in a seamless, pure manner.

My dear Yogacharini Sangeeta is one of the few rare beings who has connected to the “Source” in a truly beautiful manner.

Her life is her teaching and she enables those who come in contact with her to experience the pure universal vibration in its highest essence.

When we become one with the universal vibration, health, happiness and prosperity will always manifest in abundance.

I bless Sangeeta on her efforts to share and enable others to be the best version of themselves.

We have collaborated with Sangeeta for several years. She has been a featured presenter in our 200-hour yoga teacher training in one of her areas of expertise of Nada Yoga. She has also been on faculty at our annual retreat and a collaborator on several workshops, including yoga and astrology. Sangeeta possesses expert knowledge in the yoga of sound, but that is not her greatest attribute. She excels in  taking complex, ancient and foreign concepts and bringing them to new audiences in a relatable way, while maintaining the integrity of the practices and teachings. She has a lively spirit that encourages inquiry, authenticity, and collaboration. Students often remark that they thought they were attending a workshop to learn about a particular subject, but the most important thing they took from the class was learning about themselves. In facilitating self-study, Sangeeta brings the tenets of yoga philosophy to life.

Working with coach Sangeeta Laura Biagi has been nothing short of transformational. Finding a well-trained versatile coach who not only listens, but is agile in their programming and delivery is not an easy feat. Laura’s compassionate approach, intuitive understanding, and guidance lead me to make real substantive change without feeling pressure or like there was unattainable homework added to my already busy life. I look forward to more coaching sessions in the future.

I met Sangeeta in 2012 in Pondicherry, India at the International Center for Yoga Education and Research on one of her returns back to the ashram as a senior teacher, while I was a student of the six month residential yoga training course that is held there each year.  She taught us a variety of practices and theory from asana, pranayama, nada yoga, along with yogic living moment to moment.  From our first interaction, I fell in love with her vivacious energy, her beautiful voice and the clarity in which she relays ancient wisdom in her eclectic way, that is both stimulating and palpable to a modern mind, yet still keeping intact the richness of traditions, with integrity. Sangeeta has empowered and helped me to skillfully navigate my own journey– into self inquiry, learning to love myself and others more fully, to embrace this being as a unique individual and also one of cosmic, universal light here to evolve, express, inspire and shine. She is a dynamic mentor, teacher, big sister, friend and humane being whose life is Yoga and an exquisite work of art.

I know Dr. Laura Sangeeta Biagi as an artist, mentor, and humble conduit of profound teachings. We first met at the Theatre School at DePaul University where she was a faculty member and I was studying Acting. The way she teaches and performs is like how she lives: full-bodied, fiercely, and full of breath and courage. She is effortless in the way she moves energy through a room, and in the way that she guides energy through the people she meets. She intentionally brings her whole self with her wherever she goes, and is not afraid of laughter or of tears. Witnessing this, and through my personal relationship with her, I know that I would not be the artist person I am today without Sangeeta’s guidance. With her leading the way, I have had the courage to infuse my spiritual life as deeply into my art making and community building practices as I do. I am eternally grateful for tools she has shared with me for expressing this life and living it to the fullest. Dr. Laura Sangeeta Biagi is an anchor in the brilliant storm of life, and it is an honor to know her.

I can’t keep track of how many times this woman’s work has inspirited resilience and hope when life feels dark and I feel stuck. I was truly blessed to meet Laura my first quarter at DePaul University and I believe that in many ways she saved me.

She has instilled in me (and many many others) the tools and terminology to acknowledge and navigate my mental health needs and spiritual, emotional and creative wellness.

Dr. Laura Biagi is an artist who speaks the language of artists and is therefore uniquely gifted in facilitating our healing process.

I cannot recommend any events hosted by this wonder woman enough.

Dr. Sangeeta’s pedagogy is centered on making her students feel comfortable in the classroom. She encourages us to share what we feel and what we are experiencing. She runs exercises in the class that invite us to reflect and journal our experiences, to meditate and move and sing and to contemplate the nature of speech itself. It was in Sangeeta’s classes that I first came to understand the work it takes to truly find one’s voice.

One of Dr. Sangeeta’s superpowers is an ability to seemingly magically help anyone to know in their heart of hearts, that they belong and are fully worthy, just as they are, while also facilitating and encouraging transformation.

As a mental health professional I know this is such a skill and a gift that is so necessary in the world and also, that can be difficult to do, since attachment to our own fears and other ego-related feelings, can obscure our ability to connect with others deeply. It’s something that one has to allow to flow through them, becoming a vessel for healing energy to radiate, and Dr. Biagi is in tune with this process.

Dr. Biagi is living her dharma; she is a warm, caring, present, intelligent, and engaging, healer, teacher, creator, artist – actor, singer. She is compassionate and genuine – models that it is alright and beautiful to be vulnerable at times – and has an ability to weave all of these mentioned traits and qualities into her work.

Dr. Biagi has a vast understanding of Sanatana dharma stemming from her study of Dr. Swami Gitananda Giri’s teachings, Maharishi Patanjali’s sutras, other Sashtras, Vedic astrology, and Nada yoga, to name a few. She listens deeply (with ears, whole body, and Spirit) and explains concepts that she herself has meditated on and integrated, in a way that is accessible and tailored to the needs of the person with whom she is speaking. Dr. Biagi distills information in such a manner that the core teaching is understood without losing its essence.

I would recommend Dr. Biagi to all seeking a deeper awareness and acceptance of themselves – to anyone desiring to make a meaningful change in their lives through the ancient wisdom and power of authentic Yoga
